• Order information. We record the product you bought and a timestamp so we can fulfil your purchase and confirm delivery.
• Marketing consent. If you separately opt in to the newsletter, we store a record of that consent and its source.
• Usage data. We collect basic, anonymous analytics such as page views and email sign-ups to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

We do not collect your name, home address, phone number, or any payment card details. We never ask for sensitive personal data such as health, ethnic origin, or political views.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. Your card number and other payment details are entered directly with Stripe and are never seen, received, or stored by Letterly Love. We only receive confirmation that the payment succeeded and, if needed, your email address to fulfil the order.

Cookies & Analytics

We use minimal, privacy-friendly analytics to count page views and email sign-ups. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or profile you for third-party ad networks. You can decline analytics by turning on your browser’s “Do Not Track” or similar setting.

Marketing Emails

Emails about a purchase (such as your download link) are transactional and are sent automatically. Marketing emails are sent only if you tick the consent box on the newsletter form, which is separate from any purchase. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email, or by contacting us.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We only share the minimum needed to operate the business:

• Stripe — to process payments.
• Our hosting and database provider — to store orders and newsletter sign-ups securely.

We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Letterly Love or others.

Data Retention

We keep order and delivery records for as long as needed to provide your purchase, handle support, and meet legal or tax obligations. Newsletter sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data.

Your Rights & Choices

• Access & deletion. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time by contacting us.
• Unsubscribe. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us, and we will remove you from the newsletter list.
• Correction. If your email address is wrong, contact us and we will update it so future deliveries reach you.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) or CCPA (California). Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Security

We store your data with a secure, managed backend and restrict access to it. Payment details never touch our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children’s Privacy

Letterly Love is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their data, contact us and we will delete it.

International Users

If you visit or buy from outside the country where we operate, your information may be transferred to and processed in that country. By using the site, you consent to that transfer.
